About Anna!

I wrote this as a post on Facebook in July 2023, but thought I’d share it on here, in case you’re interested!

Anna Wineheart

2.) What is the first book you ever published?

On this penname, The Prince’s Lover (It’s an erotica series set in ancient Egypt)

3.) What is your publiversary? (The day you released your first book)

I believe Aug 2016

4.) What is your favorite book you’ve written thus far?

WOW this is hard. ALL OF THEM. Usually it’s the project I’m working on, which means it’s Emmy’s book (Stowaway Omega) right now 😁

5.) What book took you the longest to write?

Probably all my MMMs because those are 110-120k beasts – Two Alphas, One Omega & His Two Alphas & Two Daddies for the Single-Dad Omega

6.) How long did it take you?

roughly 3 months each

WELL. unless we’re talking about the noncon projects – those I chip at on and off, but not consistently

7.) What kind of music (If any) do you listen to while you write?

SILENCE!!!!

8.) Who is your favorite character from any of your books?

Right now, Emmy. Emmy is LEGENDARY.

9.) What are you currently working on?

Meadowfall – A Daddy for the Stowaway Omega and also this year’s Santas of Alpha Ridge novella!

Taboo – a wolf noncon, and a monster noncon, and another I really want to start

10.) Do you have anything you snack on while you write?

… I do, but I end up focusing on the food and not the words? lol

11.) What is your favorite quote or line from one of your books?

Let’s pull one from Emmy:

“Oh! Ohhh! It’s coming! My juicy rod is seeding all over your face!”

12.) Are you a self-published or traditional published author?

self-published!

13.) What is your writing inspiration?

Literally everything around me. Memes, weird experiences, funny things I hear, etc

Consensual Mpreg, but also taboo MM (noncon)

15.) Do you have any writing rituals?

Uhh… like, getting out of bed to put my butt at the computer?

16.) Do you have a specific place you write or time?

at the desk if possible. Time: all day

17.) Do you have any advice for inspiring writers?

The short version: Write.

The long version: If you want to write for yourself, go ahead. If you want to write for readers, take some time to learn your readership and how to get your book out to them

18.) What are your writing goals? If any?

right now it’s 10k words per week, but my stretch goal is ALWAYS to get more than that

19.) What authors inspire you and your writing?

Ok this is difficult, because I write things I want to read and am extremely self-motivated. But I have a lot of author friends!

20.) What will be your next release? If you know and when?

A Daddy for the Stowaway Omega, Aug 7
